The studio

Perry Kim Studio is a one-stylist hair salon located at 7650 SE 27th ST, 1st Fl, Mercer Island, WA, 98040. Services are provided by appointment only.

Booking requests

All bookings start as requests reviewed personally by Perry — they are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation SMS. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment; Perry may suggest a different time or decline the request.

SMS messaging

By submitting a booking request, you consent to receive SMS messages from Perry Kim Studio related to your appointment: booking confirmations, day-before reminders, and follow-ups. We use Twilio as our SMS provider.

• Message frequency: typically 2–3 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply (subject to your carrier).
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.

Cancellation & rescheduling

We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules, so the time can be offered to another client. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

Payment

Payment is collected in person at the studio after your service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and digital wallet payments. No charges are processed through this website.

Service quality

Perry performs every service personally and takes pride in her work. If you are unhappy with a result, please raise it before leaving the studio so we can address it on the spot.

Limitation of liability

Perry Kim Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, WA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be noted with a revised “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
