What we collect
When you book an appointment, we collect: your name, mobile phone number, the service you're requesting, and any optional note you write to Perry. That's it.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to: (1) review and approve your booking request, (2) send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups by SMS, and (3) maintain a history of your past visits for personalized service.
SMS messaging
By submitting a booking request, you consent to receive SMS messages from Perry Kim Studio about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We send messages through Twilio (a data processor); we do not share your phone number with marketers.
Data storage
Your information is stored securely with our hosting provider (Supabase). We retain client records to provide continuity of service across visits. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketers, advertisers, or any third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver SMS (Twilio) or run the website (Supabase, Vercel). We do not use tracking cookies beyond what is essential for the site to function.
